Trusted Edge Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is committed to respecting your communication preferences. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy explains how we manage and honor requests to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and state laws.
A Do Not Call (DNC) list is a registry of telephone numbers of consumers who have requested not to receive unsolicited marketing calls, telemarketing calls, or prerecorded messages. Trusted Edge Marketing maintains an internal DNC list separate from the National Do Not Call Registry managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
National DNC Registry (FTC): You can register your phone number at www.donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY: 1-866-290-4236).
Our Internal DNC List: To be placed on Trusted Edge Marketing's internal Do Not Call list, follow the instructions in Section 5 below.
Note: Even if you register with the National DNC Registry, we encourage you to also notify us directly to ensure your request is processed immediately.
Even if you are on our DNC list, we may still contact you in the following circumstances:
Option 1: Online Form
Complete our Opt Out form available on our website at the Opt Out page. Include your phone number and we will add it to our DNC list within one business day.
Option 2: Email
Send an email to hello@trustededgemarketing.com with the subject line "DNC Request" and include your full name, phone number, and the date of your request.
Option 3: Phone
You may request to be placed on our DNC list during a call with one of our representatives. We will confirm your request and document it in our system.
Option 4: Text Message
Reply "STOP" to any marketing text messages you receive from us. We will process your opt-out request within one business day.

If you have multiple phone numbers and wish to place all of them on our DNC list, please submit a separate DNC request for each number. You may use any of the methods listed in Section 5.
This DNC Policy applies to residential phone numbers. Business phone numbers are subject to different TCPA and FCC rules. If you have a business phone number and wish to opt out of marketing calls, please contact us directly for guidance.
We reserve the right to update this DNC Policy at any time to comply with changes in federal, state, or local law. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The National DNC Registry (managed by the FTC) applies across all telemarketing companies. Our internal DNC list is specific to Trusted Edge Marketing. We recommend registering with both for maximum protection. You can register with the National DNC at www.donotcall.gov.
Once we receive your DNC request through any method (online form, email, phone, or text), we add your number to our internal DNC list within one business day. You should not receive marketing calls from us within 30 days. If you do, please contact us immediately.
You will not receive telemarketing calls from us. However, if you have an existing business relationship with us, have inquired about a plan, or have enrolled in a plan, we may still contact you regarding customer service, billing, or claims — not for marketing purposes.
