Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

Last Updated: January 2025

1. Introduction

Trusted Edge Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is committed to respecting your communication preferences. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy explains how we manage and honor requests to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and state laws.

2. What is a Do Not Call List?

A Do Not Call (DNC) list is a registry of telephone numbers of consumers who have requested not to receive unsolicited marketing calls, telemarketing calls, or prerecorded messages. Trusted Edge Marketing maintains an internal DNC list separate from the National Do Not Call Registry managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

3. National Do Not Call Registry vs. Our Internal DNC List

National DNC Registry (FTC): You can register your phone number at www.donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY: 1-866-290-4236).

Our Internal DNC List: To be placed on Trusted Edge Marketing's internal Do Not Call list, follow the instructions in Section 5 below.

Note: Even if you register with the National DNC Registry, we encourage you to also notify us directly to ensure your request is processed immediately.

4. Exceptions to DNC Protection

Even if you are on our DNC list, we may still contact you in the following circumstances:

  • You have an established business relationship with us and we are following up on your inquiry
  • You have provided written consent to receive marketing calls
  • We are calling to provide information about a plan you have already inquired about or enrolled in
  • We are calling regarding customer service issues, billing, or claims related to an existing enrollment
  • The call is from a debt collector attempting to collect a valid debt
  • The call is not a telemarketing call (e.g., informational call from a government agency or nonprofit)
